The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative, executive, sales, and research support to a small team. Duties & Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and emails. Manage office equipment and office/kitchen supplies. Pay bills, create invoices. Record keeping and data entry Reconcile credit cards, track expenses and record travel expenses/reimbursements. Schedule appointments, arrange travel and other reservations. Provide research and coordinate events. Communicate with clients. Create presentations and reports. Attendance tracking and meeting management. Qualifications: A Bachelors degree or equivalent combined experience and education. Experience providing administrative/executive support to a team Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PP). Strong travel coordination and schedule management experience Excellent communication skills
