Maintenance Supervisor - Electricalitec group is partnered with a manufacturer in the Material Handling and Logistics sector looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. Key responsibilities include scheduling internal staff & contractors, managing machine installation projects, creating PM schedules, and employee development/training. The ideal candidate will have a 442A OR 309A Electrician license along with 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role.Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on automated production equipmentLead, train, and mentor a team of Electricians and Technicians to ensure optimal performance, safety, and quality of work. Oversee and implement the electrical preventive maintenance program for all material handling equipment (conveyors, automated systems, palletizers, etc.), ensuring all electrical systems are inspected, tested, and maintained regularly to minimize downtime.Supervise and participate in troubleshooting electrical issues in material handling systems, including motors, PLCs, drives, sensors, lighting, and other electrical components. Coordinate urgent repairs to minimize operational disruptions.Lead efforts to upgrade and improve existing electrical systems and equipment. Suggest and implement cost-effective solutions for system enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and energy efficiency.Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies. Provide guidance on proper troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance strategies.Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and safety checks.
