As well as bringing next-generation technology to private capital markets through the Olympus suite of cloud-based solutions designed to empower private equity, and credit funds as well as the firms in which they invest. The OpportunityWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to own the execution and optimization of email campaigns across our client and internal projects.In this hands-on role, you’ll strategize and manage complex email journeys, segment lists, run A/B tests, and deliver insights to improve performance. You’ll collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and Design and Product Teams to ensure campaigns are timely, effective, and aligned with business goals.Responsibilities and Duties  1.Email Campaign ManagementPlan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns—template strategy, journey setup, and deliveryMonitor campaign performance and make iterative improvements based on dataEnsure email best practices and compliance (e.g., CASL) are met2.Optimization & AnalyticsDesign and execute A/B tests and list segmentation strategiesMonitor KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversionsProvide regular performance reporting and actionable insights3.Cross-functional SupportCollaborate with Client Success Managers to support outbound communication strategiesMaintain an organized campaign tracker and content calendar across multiple projectCommunicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and timing4.Process & DocumentationDocument repeatable processes for campaign execution and testingRespond to ad-hoc requests for analysis or campaign deploymentRequirements2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing campaign executionStrong working knowledge of email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)Proficiency in email editors (HTML, drag-and-drop tools) and visual design tools like CanvaFamiliarity with reporting tools and email analytics platformsExperience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritieExperience in technical aspects of deliverability and compliance. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Pipedrive)Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or a recognized email marketing platformFamiliarity with SEO or e-commerce marketing principlesBenefits Flexible work arrangements (including hybrid mode)Great Paid Time Off (PTO) policyComprehensive benefits packageCompetitive salaryOpportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive, dynamic, and inclusive work environment.Why Join Us?We value creative problem solvers who learn fast, work well in an open and diverse environment and enjoy pushing the bar for success ever higher. We do work hard but we also choose to have fun while doing it.
