Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will focus on updating and maintaining corporate minute books and managing the corporate database. Key Responsibilities:Draft corporate documents, including resolutions and changes to directors and officersPrepare and file documentation with the Alberta Corporate Registry and other jurisdictions as requiredAccurately enter and maintain entity records in the corporate database and document management systemsEnsure precision and consistency in all tasks, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracyPerform general administrative duties as neededQualifications:CORES Level 1 certification is an asset, but not mandatoryExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilitiesLegal Assistant Certificate or Diploma, or 1–2 years of experience in a legal or administrative environmentStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsDavid Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
