The Onboarding Coordinator will work within the policies and procedures established by Scotlynn.How You'll Do ItDesign engaging and attractive job postings on various mediums and job boardsBuilding the talent pool, making connections via social media, job boards, job fairs, etc.Review resume and portfolios to pre-screen candidatesReaching out to candidates discussing career opportunities and suitabilityConduct interviews, draft and offer employment agreements and assist with employee onboardingCollaborate with onboarding team and hiring managers to identify recruitment needsTrack recruitment and candidate information in HRIS, ATS and other internal databasesMeasure and report on recruitment metricsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and organization policy and proceduresThe Bottom LineFull Time PermanentSalary starting $39,000 annuallyCompetitive Benefits Plan and Employee & Family Assistance PlanWork in office from 8am to 5pm, some afterhours and weekend work as requiredHOW TO APPLYInterested in the role or want to learn more?
