You will ensure proper execution of customer service and merchandising standards, policies and procedures, and Associate development.Job Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the storeControl expenses and manage inventory, cycle countsEnsure customer service standards are maintainedEnsure merchandise is presented well and the store is easy to shopFollow all merchandise and marketing guidelinesRecruit, train, develop and manage a team of Associates & KeyholdersSet up ads and promos properly and on timeReceive and manage freight & deliveriesEnsure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:1-2 years retail management experienceGrade 12 education or equivalentCareer minded, a self-starter, and customer orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced multi-task environmentStrong communication, organizational, leadership, decision making, and interpersonal skillsFlexible, super friendly, courteous, adaptable, efficient, and professional mannerRed Apple Stores ULC provides employment accommodation during the recruitment process.
