We have an excellent 3-year contract opportunity for a Senior SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant in Toronto. The program includes projects in Finance, Human Resources, Enterprise Time Management, Enterprise Asset Management integration, Procurement, and other lines of business.To ensure user adoption and smooth transition, a robust Change Management Strategy is essential. A Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant is required to support this process by focusing on role changes, partnering with impacted departments, and training staff on new business processes and system navigation.2.0 Skills and Certifications 10+ years experience in applying change management methods and strategy, with a deep understanding of the change process. 8+ years in facilitation and coaching, with strong communication and conflict resolution skills, especially at the senior and executive levels. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence within collaborative frameworks and remain calm under pressure. Proven experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve corporate objectives. Expertise in change-related practices such as communication planning and delivery, training design and facilitation, and managing change champion networks. Self-directed and confident in leading complex change management projects. Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, active listening, oral, and written communication skills. Knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and its application to disability accommodation and accessibility for both passengers and employees.Formal Education/Training: University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration. PROSCI or equivalent certification in Change Management.3.0 Assignment DutiesThe SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant will be responsible for: Developing and presenting change management strategies and plans (e.g., stakeholder engagement, change champion network) to various management levels. Collaborating with vendors to transform business processes. Using surveys and assessments to identify potential risks and resistance areas. Consulting and presenting to Project Sponsors regarding the change management strategy. Creating and managing change plans (e.g., communication, training, coaching, resistance management, and sponsor roadmap). Measuring and monitoring change progress, ensuring that plans are actionable and sustainable. Ensuring all change management initiatives adhere to TTC standards, corporate policies, and legislation. Partnering with TTC Corporate Communications to use existing channels for communication. Designing and delivering relevant communications, workshops, and training for various staff levels. Leading change management project activities (e.g., status reporting, meeting facilitation, tracking milestones). Supporting leaders in driving the adoption of new processes and providing guidance as needed. Managing stakeholder expectations and addressing any risks or concerns. Escalating roadblocks and ensuring solutions are implemented. Upholding the Ontario Human Rights Code in all stakeholder interactions.4.0 DeliverablesKey deliverables throughout the project (aligned with SAP Activate methodology) include: Stakeholder Analysis. Change Impact and Risk Analysis. Role Mapping from legacy to new systems. Organizational and Job Design/Alignment. Communications Plan utilizing TTC channels. Business Change Forums and Education Sessions. Collaboration with the Training Team to deliver process and role-specific training.
