Ensure all issues involving employees and members are addressed promptly and respectfully. Create and maintain the Judgement Free Zone, promote the Planet Fitness brand locally, ensure accurate deposits, monitor policy compliance, oversee staff performance, control inventory, schedule staffing within budget, manage inspections, complete mandatory courses, foster effective communication, provide feedback, stay updated with company policies, and develop team relationships.Qualifications:Ability to manage multiple responsibilitiesStrong work ethic and decision-making skillsSelf-starter with initiativeBasic computer, math, and communication skillsExcellent supervisory skillsCPR/AED certification (training provided if needed)Must be 18 or olderGoal-oriented, enthusiastic, energeticWilling to travel if necessaryHonest, punctual, reliableStrong listening and empathetic skillsDiplomatic in interactions; two years supervisory experience preferredPhysical Demands:Standing and walking during shiftsTalking in person or on the phoneAbility to lift up to 60 lbs.Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per yearJOIN THE CLUB.We are a leading fitness franchise committed to inspiring and motivating people.
