This dynamic role involves creating efficiencies by streamlining our risk processes and transforming our adjudication efforts using data insights and analytics. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader, with experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships and a strong business acumen.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:Develop an expert understanding of current state processes and analytics offeringsDocument and share best practices and emerging trends for credit risk management and analyticsDefine and communicate a clear vision on the use of data and analytics for the purpose of credit risk transformationCreate a roadmap focused on data driven decision making, improved risk management and process efficienciesDocument and maintain key artifacts to support the credit risk transformation roadmapData Driven Decision Making: data required to make more informed and effective decisionsImproved Risk Management: data that supports the proactive identification of key risksProcess Efficiencies: data that informs the operating model including process automation opportunitiesCollaborate with technology partners to recommend optimal and sustainable technology solutionsLead the implementation of the roadmap, including championing strong project governance and overseeing change management activitiesCreate an environment of transparency and establish accountability with stakeholders to ensure cross functional alignment on prioritiesFoster strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Banking, Credit, Technology and other domainsProvide direction and coaching to a team of Senior Managers that support business requirements gathering, documentation and business acceptance testingEstablish and manage an operating model that allows for enhancements to the vision and framework to remain current with emerging trendsEnsure alignment with broader Global Risk Management Transformation ProgramOther related duties as assignedDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:10+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on the Business Banking end-to-end customer lifecycleStrategic and innovative thinker; able to influence across business, risk and technical domainsSuperlative communication skills; able to inspire a vision of change leveraging data insightsStrong business acumen; able to translate analytics into business insightsProactive, results driven mindset; able to drive desired outcomesAdaptable; comfortable with ambiguity and changing prioritiesProject experience will be an assetWhats in it for you?An inclusive & collaborative working environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and celebrates success!We offer a competitive rewards package: Performance bonus, Employee Share Ownership Program, and Pension Plan Matching, Health Benefits from day one!Your career matters!
