Job Description We are seeking a Mining Director, Energy & Resources to implement our strategic regional plan and support operations in Abitibi. This role offers a chance to develop a fast-growing market, maintain key client relationships, and contribute significantly to regional economic development and our company's growth. You will lead our team of builders, mobilize leadership, and help realize impactful projects. Develop and implement regional strategic plans. Monitor local business opportunities and liaise with stakeholders. Engage in business development and client relations. Oversee project delivery ensuring alignment with company values and client satisfaction. Represent CIMA+ in local business and socio-economic activities. Participate in project management, including producing reports, designs, and specifications. Qualifications University degree or college diploma in relevant engineering fields or equivalent. Minimum 10 years' relevant experience; consulting experience is an asset. Knowledge of the mining, metals, or heavy industrial sectors. Established network in these sectors. Experience with P&L responsibilities. Licensed Professional Engineer. Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and business acumen. Leadership and team management skills. Business development expertise. Proactive, autonomous, and able to work under pressure. Strong organizational skills and ethical conduct. Willingness to travel to industrial sites.
