Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Advancement and Alumni Relations, the Director, Alumni and Annual Giving is responsible for the strategic direction, planning, oversight, design and implementation of Sheridans alumni relations and annual giving and awards fundraising programs.Together these programs must align to support Sheridan's strategic directions, academic priorities and deliver on the annual revenue targets. In addition, the Director, Alumni and Annual Giving is expected to support other forms of private revenue generation, including a pipeline for major giving and revenue generated through alumni affinity partnership programs and recruitment strategies.What Youll Be DoingProviding expertise and leadership through the development of strategic priorities that reflect best practices relating to alumni relations and annual giving and ensure that departmental goals are achieved or exceeded.Directing all annual giving fundraising campaigns including awards, research, campaign design, prospect identification, volunteer management, donor solicitation, stewardship and ongoing communication/liaison.Ensures that all policies, procedures and processes associated with accurate and timely gift processing are followed.
