Job Title: Country Senior Sales Manager - GermanyAs our Country Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to grow our business in the German market. In this role, your responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing a sales strategy to expand our customer base in Germany.Designing and implementing market development strategies, preparing sales forecasts and budgets, standardizing sales processes, and achieving sales targets.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail customers in Germany.Identifying new market opportunities and developing business strategies.Gaining an in-depth understanding of relevant market policies, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic data support for the company's business development and new product development.Representing the company at industry exhibitions in the German market, collecting industry information, and expanding business channels.Working closely with our Chinese merchandiser teams to ensure the timely delivery of products to the German market.Building and overseeing the development of our organizational structure in Germany.Requirements:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in importer companies and possess the skills and abilities of a senior garment sales manager, including:Relevant industry knowledge, contacts, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.Extensive experience as a sales or product manager in importer companies.Fashion apparel development and business knowledge with a deep understanding of the German garment market.A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.Experience working with international production centers is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team.Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Benefits and Skills:Skills include: Account Sales Strategies, B2B Sales, Market Research, and Project Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
