With the extensive, wide-ranging expertise within our company, youll have countless opportunities to learn and grow.The RoleThe Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering incoming calls, greeting clients or visitors in an efficient and courteous manner, general office support and assisting in other administration jobs as required.Your Key ResponsibilitiesReceive callsGreet clients in a respectful and courteous mannerReceive and send out courier packagesProvide administrative support services to leadership team and other employeesProvide administrative support for the development and submission of time sensitive documents including reports, proposals, letters, memos, and presentationsWork with MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and Outlook on a regular basis to assist with the preparation of reports and proposalsEvent plan for conferences, training activities, and special eventsCoordinate travel arrangementsPrint proposals and reports in accordance with client requestsAbout YouTo fill the role, were looking for an applicant to bring forward a good mix of qualifications and previous experience.
