From welcoming guests to solving tech hiccups, coordinating events, and supporting our team, youll be essential to keeping the space running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, this role is for you.Responsibilities: Greet and assist founders, guests, and partners at the front deskManage the company inbox and respond to internal and external inquiriesSupport Wi-Fi, access, and tech troubleshooting alongside our IT teamKeep calendars, databases, and internal portals up to dateAssist with logistics for meetings, programs, and small eventsHelp create bi-weekly reports for the executive teamPitch in wherever needed to keep operations seamlessAbout YouYoure organized, people-savvy, and thrive in dynamic spaces. You bring calm, clarity, and a proactive mindset to every task, with a knack for solving problems and improving processes.We Are Looking For:2-5 years in office admin, hospitality, or community supportExcellent organization and communication skillsComfort with Gmail, Google Docs, Slack, and similar toolsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quicklyA collaborative, can-do attitude and a desire to keep learningNote: This is a fully in-person role at our downtown Toronto office.
