Install Mechanic Department: Industrial Tanks Location: Brandon, Manitoba Job Type: Full Time Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Wage: Hourly rate dependent upon qualifications Glendale Industries Limited is a metal fabrication facility in Brandon, Manitoba. Glendale has been in business since 1984. Glendale is a member of the Atom-Jet Group. The Atom-Group has over seventy employees and recently celebrated its 60th year in business. We are seeking a qualified individual to join our Mechanical Installation team. Regular social events Job Summary Glendale Industries manufactures and installs truck-mounted tanks for a variety of applications. The Mechanical Install team is responsible for installing all the hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components of a Glendale tank. As a member of this team, the Install Mechanic will be responsible for assisting with the installation of these components. Requirements Experience Three years in a similar industry would be an asset, but is not required. Training will be provided for the ideal candidate. Education Training or certificate in any mechanical trade would be an asset, but is not required. Skills Applicant must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The applicant must be able to work in a collaborative team setting. The applicant must also be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects.
