New Earth Landscaping & Renovations is rapidly growing and is looking for part time and full time people! This is not a seasonal job specifically as we do renovations in the winter and can offer yearly work to the right person/ people. Job Overview: ***We are seeking landscape labourers with experience in landscape construction. We do not do maintenace. We are seeking fit, hard working, positive people that enjoy working outside and labour work. We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscaping Laborers to join our team. The successful candidates will work on various landscaping projects, assisting with tasks such as planting, mulching, laying sod, rock, and installing hardscape features. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a keen eye for detail, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the installation of landscaping projects - Assist in the construction of garden beds, walkways, patios, and other hardscape features - Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and within project deadlines - Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements: - Previous experience in landscaping construction. - Comfortable in leading other team members and overseeing jobs - Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team We are looking for reliable, professional and skilled people to join our team.There is lots of opportunity to grow for the right candidate!
