Were hiring a skilled equipment operator whos not afraid to get their hands dirty. Were looking for someone who can confidently run an excavator and skid steer, but whos also comfortable jumping into hands-on labor when needed. Our work isnt just about sitting in machines we handle a wide range of construction and ground-level tasks, and we need someone reliable, adaptable, and hard-working. Responsibilities: Operate excavators and skid steers on residential and commercial job sites Assist with general labor duties such as grading, trenching, cleanup, demolition, etc. Handle basic hand and power tools Follow site safety rules and company protocols Work closely with a small crew and communicate clearly on tasks Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience operating excavators and skid steers Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Class 5 license (Class 1 or 3 an asset) Reliable transportation to and from site We value experience, but attitude is everything.
