We are seeking a purpose-driven Senior Engineer to join our Chatbot Team at Propelix, where you'll develop a platform enabling businesses to create, deploy, and optimize AI-powered conversation solutions without extensive technical expertise.This role involves participating in all product development phasesfrom user communication and requirements gathering to development and deployment. You will contribute as a product designer and planner, immersing yourself in our vibrant geek culture.How you will make an impactDevelop new features for our chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform, maintaining high-quality engineering standardsBuild tools that simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization for our clientsCollaborate with product managers and designers to enhance user experience for non-technical customersApply your understanding of LLM functionality to optimize conversation flows and responsesHelp shape Propelix as a leading SaaS solution in conversational AISupport junior engineers and foster continuous learningRequirements6+ years of full-time software development experience with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer ScienceStrong foundation in software development principles and algorithmsKnowledge of multiple programming languages (primarily JavaScript, React, Node.js knowledge not required)Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)Proficiency in JavaScript with clean coding practicesDeep understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshootingExperience with distributed systems or large-scale web applicationsStartup experience at a high-growth company is a plusBonus points for LLM experience, CI/CD knowledge, React Native proficiency, and open-source contributions.Ready to help build the future of conversational AI at Propelix?
