We are looking for someone who understands what is important to business owners and wants to grow and develop the Personal Banking and Cash Management business in our branch to be in sync with our overall strategic goal. Facilitate and enhance market awareness and productive relationships within the local business and professional community. Strong portfolio growth in personal deposits and lending products. Strong, profitable growth in full-service client relationships, inclusive of corresponding levels of banking fee income and wealth management assets under management. Sound risk management and operational practices demonstrated through solid credit performance and continuous compliance with parameters of National Banks operational and regulatory risk appetite/policies/ procedures. Your team Within the personal banking sector, you are part of a team of two colleagues, and you report to Senior Manager. Our team stands out for its high-caliber service tailored to each client's unique needs. We ultimately aim to offer you maximum flexibility and quality of life. The branch is open during weekdays and no weekends. Basic requirements Hold a bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in banking, including 5 years of recognized success in sales mentoring and leadership. OR Hold a University Certificate and equivalent demonstrated experience in the financial services industry. Hold a Mutual Funds license. Knowledge of relationship management and client value articulation. Sales strategy development and execution. Risk assessment and credit analysis. Experience in delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term, profitable relationships. Leading with a people-first approach that fosters engagement, growth, and change. Collaborating across business lines including Business Banking and Wealth Management.
