Our client,an established international company, is looking for a sharp, driven Sourcing Specialist team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in staffing agency delivery, corporate recruiting, or a blend of both. This a permanent role - hybrid in Toronto. Youll be responsible for building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines across Canada, the U.S., and global markets, with a focus on roles in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC). From junior specialists to senior leadership, your sourcing skills will help power strategic hiring across our business. What You'll Do: Build deep pipelines of high-quality candidates across technical and leadership roles Strategically source local and international talent (Canada, USA, and globally) Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role needs and candidate profiles Leverage tools (LinkedIn, Boolean, X-ray, ATS, etc.) to identify, engage, and nurture talent Track and report pipeline activity and sourcing metrics Proactively suggest improvements to sourcing strategy, tools, or process What We're Looking For: Minimum 7+ in Talent Acquistion with a focus on sourcing. Proven performance in a staffing agency, corporate talent team, or both Strong global sourcing experience across levelsfrom junior professionals to execs Experience sourcing in construction, industrial, railway or other industries Tenacious, 'in it to win it' attitude paired with a calm, professional, and mature approach Comfortable navigating high-volume, hard-to-fill, and confidential searches Apply today to get the conversation started.
