Security team Lead with IAM, SailPoint - Hybrid (Permanent Position) Number of Positions: 1 Location: Toronto, ON, CA Must be eligible to work in Canada Hybrid position, must be onsite 3d/w either in Toronto London ON or Winnipeg Manitoba Roles and responsibilities: Looking to hire an IAM Technical Lead (SailPoint IIQ) to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) technical solutions team, to lead and deliver the design, development, implementation, and support of IAM technologies, processes, and workflows within the company. On a day-to-day basis, the role focuses on supporting the Director of IAM Technical solutions and working with a scrum team of Business Systems Analysts, SailPoint IIQ developers, QA Testers, and IAM engineers to design and deliver capability enhancements to our Identity and Access Management program. The position requires expert knowledge of IAM tools, risk controls, and best practices, as well as a strong hands-on experience with scripting and development for SailPoint IIQ. Design and deploy form/workflow and code/scripting solutions on the ServiceNow platform Participate in unit testing, artifact development, and facilitate end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Recommend approaches to streamline and automate IAM processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Work with the IAM program to design and develop additional process/workflow automation in various scripting/coding languages Translate business needs into technical requirements Document all automation, testing, and defect management activities within JIRA Must have skills/experience/qualifications: SailPoint 8.0 or higher and ideally 8.3 + SailPoint on prem it is very different from the cloud version + SailPoint IIQ Administrator and Engineer 6-8 years of experience working in an IAM-related team, showing a clear career progression in capabilities and responsibilities 3-5 years of experience in Information Security organizations 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting SailPoint IIQ 2-4 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell or Python 2-3 years of experience building ServiceNow workflows and applications 2-3 years of experience writing PowerShell scripts 1-2 years of experience in designing & maintaining ServiceNow Service Portals Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology Experience in Identity Access Management or related Cyber Security field SailPoint IIQ Certified Administrator SailPoint IIQ Certified Engineer
