This will include recruitment strategies for seasonal workforce and someone with a strong commitment to Health & Safety.Manage full-cycle HR functions, including onboarding, policy enforcement, and complianceLead seasonal recruitment efforts (MarchMay), with a specific focus on labourer rolesOversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolutionAdminister H&S policies and programs; Collaborate with third-party legal for union matters as they ariseSupport and enhance onboarding software and dispatch systemsMaintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation3+ years experience as an HR Generalist or prior experience within a Standalone HR focused role~ Experience managing HR and Health & Safety programs~ Valid G-class drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle as there is no public transit near the faculty~ Background in construction, manufacturing, or industrial services (added bonus)~ Experience with seasonal workforce planningCompany-wide holiday shutdown (days between Christmas & New Years!)Casual work environment with regular team events
