Key Account Manager GTA, CanadaBlume is on a mission to create a kinder wellness world. To us, it looks like simple, daily habits that fill your cup (both literally and figuratively). We are growing fast and are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us continue our retail push to get more cups to more people.Based in the GTA, the Key Account Manager will work closely with our VP and Director to deliver our annual revenue plan for Lifestyle, Natural, Grocery, & Food Service across North America. This role is integral to the development and growth of Blume; you will use your passion for building relationships to build sales volume and brand presence effectively and efficiently. If youre results driven, personable, hands on and ready to join a rocket ship we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Grow Blumes retail presence throughout Canada with off shelf activations, increased velocity trade programs, and expansion into new customersBe an expert in trade management and ROIDevelop new customers for Blume with focus on natural, grocery, and food service, including distributor onboarding, identifying key customers and markets, and building relationshipsBuild sales strategy for new channels, including hunting for brand equity accounts to develop new ways for Canadians to discover Blume and achieve our growth objectivesGo deep with our current customers - foster current B2B relationships with regular communication, event planning and management.Responsibility for regional accounts such as Healthy Planet, Goodness Me, Natures Emporium, Fiddleheads, and more across OntarioSpend 2 days per week on the road, partnering with store owners and associates to achieve prominent merchandising placement as well as secondary displayLead product education trainings for new store openings + new product launchesOccasional evening + weekend events to help support your key accounts, brand activation as well as trade showsWork collaboratively with our marketing and brand team to bring in-store events to lifePartner with our Canadian broker Propel and Distributor Purity on account management across all accountsSpend time on the road visiting customers, building relationships, and being our support in the GTAExceed sales objectives, targets and defined KPIsOther administrative duties as requiredWhats in it for you:The opportunity to build something special and create a kinder wellness worldBe a part of a creative and passionate team that never takes themselves too seriouslyWere a fully remote team and we believe you work best where youre most comfortableExtended health and dental benefitsFree Blume SuperFood Lattes and SuperBelly need we say more?Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience in sales2+ years experience in field sales / territory managementDegree in business, marketing, communications, or related work experienceExcellent understanding of numbers and the economics behind managing retail customers with the ability to organize data, interpret metrics, and identify trends. Experience in a P&L would be an assetExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Results-driven, self-starting team playerPassion for wellness, personal development, and all things BlumeLocation: Remote in the GTAHave a car + drivers license (mandatory)Travel as required up to 25% of the time (2 days per week on the road plus occasional travel)
