Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Hamilton area. In this full-time, on-site role, you will promote Jannatecs suite of safety and communication products, focusing on two-way radios, MOTOTRBO systems, body-worn cameras, and integrated video solutions. You will work closely with new and existing clients, leveraging your technical knowledge and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Represent Jannatecs full portfolio of Motorola communication solutions and safety technologies Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations Design and quote customized communication systems, including BOM development and compliance validation Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions and post-sale support Provide insights from client feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners Develop and deliver training materials, user documentation, and support content Stay up-to-date on industry trends, certifications, and emerging technologies Travel locally as required to meet with clients and attend site visits Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications College diploma or university degree in a relevant field Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales, sales engineering, or pre-sales design Strong technical knowledge of Motorola communication systems (MOTOTRBO, two-way radios, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Valid Canadian drivers license and reliable vehicle Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset Relevant certifications or experience in electronics or communication technologies preferred Why Join Jannatec?
