This role will bring technical expertise to a multi-disciplinary group and will require a strong analytical mindset and a focus on optimizing both technical services and financial resources. Responsibilities span technology evaluation, contract review, and support of grants and budget analysis. Job Duties: Research and evaluate latest technology trends to determine ideal options for hardware/software/application requirements and to maximize value for funds spent on IT goods/services Document technical recommendations and provide technical advice and guidance to management, operations, and project team members Evaluate current services and recommend remedial actions where required and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on ideal development and support path Review services and technology currently used by business area and assess their impact on the operational environment, giving recommendations for remediation and for cost savings Conduct comprehensive analysis on contract spend and develop contract-level budget justifications Prepare optimized contractual spend plans to improve financial performance Create and maintain comprehensive zero-based budgeting reports Communicate operational guidelines and policies to the clients Apply and interpret how the operational guidelines enhance the departments way of doing business Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and estimates Make recommendations to project team members pertaining to issues, risks, and client satisfaction and ensure change management processes are followed Provide tracking and reporting of time and status on all work as required Support grants-related data collection and perform outcomes analysis as required Strong understanding of finance, procurement, and contract operations within large organizations or government contexts, including the regulatory and data stewardship challenges Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring IT solutions drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., cost tracking, spending transparency) Experience contributing to IT strategy or roadmaps related to budgeting and contract management transformation Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including preparing clear documentation, user guides, and technical reports Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, especially with finance, procurement, legal, and executive management teams **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a clients business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
