Job Type: Contract (8 months) Part timeWorkplace: Remote (Canada) Some travels PM RESPONSABILITIES a. The responsibilities of the Project Manager will include, but are not limited to the following responsibilities: Conduct discovery session for the first 2 weeks to come up and baseline the final planned project management effort for the entire project duration as well as its monthly allocation. Delivering all project deliverables. Ensuring that the project is properly managed by using project management best practices. Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, and ensuring that the project objectives, scope, budget, schedule, and quality are met. Identifying any risks to the project and putting in place the required mitigation measures. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and will ensure efficient coordination of the project discussions. In particular, the IT Project Manager will be able to identify priorities, connect topics together and lay out interdependencies, provide relevant directions, and escalate issues appropriately through the decision-making process. Creating and maintaining a detailed project plan and timeline. Monitoring and controlling the project progress, performance, and quality. Ensuring the project compliance with the company policies, standards, and best practices (in particular: cybersecurity rules and policies). Coordinating and facilitating the project meetings, workshops, and reviews. Conduct a postmortem session after the project completion to identify the lessons learned.b. The Project Manager is expected to deliver the following Deliverables: A BRD document that meets the current business requirements. A Use Case Studies document that identifies new business requirements that will add value to our business processes, especially as it relates to the FASAP/MS Dynamics integration portion of the project A Test script document (to be used for UAT). A deployment plan. A change management plan. The successful integration of FASAP with MS Dynamics 365 through the Palantir platform according to the functional specifications (to be produced by the PMO). The successful integration of FASAP with the P3 Automation Systems according to the functional specifications (to be produced by the PMO). The successful passing of the UAT. The successful management of the Go livec. Acceptance criteria:All expected Deliverables are completed and delivered within the contract period.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS The ideal candidate for the Project Manager position should possess the following qualifications and skills: A bachelor's degree or higher in project management, business administration, or a related field A minimum of five years of proven experience in managing complex and large-scale projects, preferably in the technology or financial area. A certification in project management, such as PMP, Agile or equivalent work experience. Excellent knowledge and skills in project management tools and methodologies Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High attention to detail and quality Creative and innovative problem-solving skills Speaking both English and French is a plus Experience with Data Migration is a strong asset Experience with CMMS systems is a strong asset Experience with Salesforce is a strong asset Experience with Automation systems and Automation protocols is a strong asset Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong asset.
