Join us and be part of a dynamic, future-thinking environment where your contributions can make a positive difference to peoples lives.About your role:Aspeyas Consumer Health category has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end product lifecycle and supply chain operations for nutraceutical solutions, including product management, launch, and line expansion.Your background in DTC and manufacturing will allow you to drive operational excellence through efficient manufacturing setup and distribution while ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction. This role serves as a critical link between business operations, manufacturers, and consumers.This position will make a difference from day one, and you will be part of a truly passionate, experienced team where ideas and input are valued.Responsibilities: Manage all logistics flowPlan and execute inventory strategies to optimize sales and in-stock ratesMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (in-stock rate, procurement lead time, fill rate)Work with online program and external CDMO teams to optimize various Supply Chain programsWork closely with internal/external manufacturing partners to guarantee agility in production and distributionManage product portfolio lifecycle (registration, range expansion, formula upgrades)Provide input/feedback for product strategies including forecasting, pricing, and competitive insightManage product development initiatives, product line-upManage production cost optimization projectsCoordinate efforts with internal and external CDMO to develop streamlined operational setupDrive product roadmap definition and executionLead demand planning and forecasting across B2B and B2C channelsDevelop and manage relationships with 3PL partnersOptimize cost structure across supply chain operationsDrive product development process in collaboration with CDMOMonitor, analyze and own key performance metricsIdentify operational improvement areas and support recommendationsEnsure balanced indexation of tariffs within established inflation ratesDevelop Annual Budget within planned indicators (cost, cash, DOI, HC)Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teamsEnsure proper execution of shipments and inventory managementMaintain efficient manufacturing setupEducation: Bachelor's degree requiredMaster's degree in operations management, business administration, or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related experienceBackground in DTC (Shopify, Amazon) nutraceutical, food and beverages industriesExperience with manufacturing and CDMO partnershipsProficiency with corporate supply chain systems (incl Shopify & Amazon ecosystem)E-commerce and offline retail supply chain setupExperience in database management and reportingStrong analytical and data interpretation abilitiesDemonstrated ability to lead through influence initiatives involving cross-functional teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environmentCapability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical peopleStrong strategic planning and decision-making skillsExceptional follow-through and execution capabilitiesWork well independently and team-orientedCultural awareness in working across international marketsApplyShape our story.
