Key Responsibilities:Provide expert-level insights into investment performance with a focus on accuracy and optimization.Leverage hands-on experience with SimCorp Performance Manager to enhance performance measurement capabilities.Maintain a strong working knowledge of financial instruments to support investment strategies.Collaborate with technology and solution teams within a multi-asset class investment management environment.Conduct data analysis and ensure data quality management for investment performance reporting.Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity within SimCorp's day-in-life operations.Mandatory Qualifications:Investment Performance Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in investment performance analysis and reporting.SimCorp Performance Manager: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SimCorp Performance Manager.Financial Instruments Knowledge: Minimum 3 years of experience working with various financial instruments.Technology/Solution Team Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-asset class investment management solution team.Data Analysis & Data Quality Management: Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and ensuring data quality.Desirable Qualifications:Azure DevOps: Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (minimum 1 year).Asset Management Solutions: Working knowledge of leading asset management solutions such as Charles River, Aladdin, Calypso, Bloomberg, etc. (minimum 3 years).SimCorp Workflow Orchestration: Strong knowledge of SimCorp workflow orchestration, production runbook, and day-in-life operations (minimum 3 years).Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage complex investment performance challenges efficiently.High proficiency in managing asset management technology solution
