Youll respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with internal teams to resolve recurring challenges. In parallel, youll support the preparation and validation of manufacturer incentives and dealer offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Youll also manage incoming data feeds from external sources, help configure data connections, and maintain data integrity across systems.
