We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer with 8+ years of experience in learning design and development, with a strong focus on accessibility and data-driven evaluation. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and assessment development, supported by a robust portfolio of deliverables across modalities.Portfolio Required: Must include a portfolio showcasing eLearning, assessments, surveys, and accessible learning contentKey Responsibilities:Design and develop fully accessible learning content (eLearning, assessments, videos, etc.)Create training evaluation tools based on Kirkpatrick Levels 14 and competency frameworksDevelop surveys and assessments in Qualtrics and LMS platformsApply WCAG 2.2 guidelines and conduct testing using JAWSCollaborate with stakeholders to measure learning impact and business outcomesProduce engaging training materials for virtual and in-person learningAnalyze data to inform design decisions and performance improvementsMust-Have Qualifications:8+ years of Instructional Design & Development experienceFormal education in Instructional Design or Adult Learning (certificate or equivalent)4+ years experience in evaluation, metrics, or business analysisExpertise with Articulate 360, Qualtrics, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong knowledge of question design, adult learning principles, and performance-based assessmentsExperience with WCAG 2.2 compliance and screen reader testing (JAWS)Excellent written and verbal communicationNice-to-Have Skills:Experience in financial services environmentsTraining evaluation certification (e.g., Kirkpatrick, ATD, Training Industry)Video development skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or VyondLean Six Sigma or process improvement experienceCommitment to ongoing learning and instructional innovation
