Position Summary...To assist Vision Centre and Opticians in the operation of the VC. To serve customers and total store with inquiries and provide customer service. What You''ll Do... * Greet customers and answer phones. * Help with the bookings of eye appointments. * Help maintain standards of the VC (filing, cleaning, displays, organization). * Help customers with their VC requests (choosing frames, accessories, repairs). * Aid in communication between vision parties (Opticians, customers, doctors). * Advanced POS transaction capability (interaction with benefits systems in addition to cash). * Maintain layaway. * Technical measuring of eyewear.
