Job Description

Were looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Suply Chain & Operations Planner to join our client''s team in a cross-functional capacity supporting effective supply chain operations. This role is key in aligning demand forecasts with supply capabilities through strong analytical insight, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Youll be responsible for managing and enhancing the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, identifying gaps between forecast and capacity, and ensuring production schedules meet business objectives. What Youll Do: Lead and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly S&OP planning cycles Analyze supply and demand trends to identify potential gaps or risks Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to align plans Plan proactively for product launches, promotions, seasonality, and unplanned events Develop regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for business leaders Contribute to budget planning and cost control initiatives Ensure data accuracy in forecasting systems and improve planning processes Drive continuous improvement of S&OP workflows and tools What You Bring: 4+ years of experience in demand forecasting or supply chain planning, ideally in a manufacturing environment Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Math, Finance, or related field Strong experience with MRP and inventory management systems Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting models, etc.) Highly analytical with a sharp eye for trends and data accuracy Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing/warehouse environments Additional Info: Must be eligible to work in Canada Some presence required in a manufacturing environment (varied temps and noise levels)
