Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Administrator Location: Vancouver, BC Contract Duration: 3-6 months Start Date: ASAP or by June 1 Hours: 20-25 hours per weekEnvironment: Hybrid Your new RoleWe are seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 3-6 month contract. This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional with intermediate-level experience in Canada. You will be responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll employees. Your new ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll using ADP Workforce Now.Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.Assist with benefits and pension administration.Perform journal entries and basic accounting/bookkeeping tasks related to payroll.Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.What you will need to succeedPayroll designation preferred.Intermediate-level experience in payroll processing.Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now (asset)Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping for journal entries.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Whats in it for you: Competitive hourly compensation.Opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic work environment.Flexibility to work partially remote25 hours per week based off your schedule and business needs.Exposure to payroll operations for a diverse workforce.
