Agency Recruitment Manager (Bilingual Preferred) Location: Toronto, ON (Yonge & St. Clair Onsite) Compensation: $70,000 base + performance incentives (up to $3,000 per recruiter, based on placement targets) Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PMFriday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PMAbout Us Bilingual Source is Canadas leading bilingual recruitment firm, focused on placing top French/English talent within the business sector. We are looking for a hands-on Agency Recruitment Manager to join our leadership team onsite and drive success through coaching, development, and performance management.The Role This is a full-time, in-office leadership role requiring active, daily engagement with our team of junior recruiters. Youll be responsible for hands-on mentorship and accountability management to ensure your team meets and exceeds their goals in a commission-based environment.Note: Prior permanent recruitment agency experience is required. Candidates without direct experience in a recruitment agency setting will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Coaching: Lead from the front by being onsite daily, coaching and developing junior recruiters through structured feedback and role-playing.Talent Acquisition: Source and attract high-performing, competitive individuals to build the junior recruitment team.Training & Development: Provide continuous skills development in recruitment and sales practices.Performance Management: Monitor daily KPIs, sit in on calls and interviews, and ensure consistent follow-through on performance goals.Candidate Screening Oversight: Supervise evening candidate screening (Monday to Thursday) with a focus on quality control.Progress Tracking: Prepare junior recruiters for promotion to the senior team after their first year.Culture & Values Enforcement: Promote and maintain a high-performance culture aligned with the companys core values: selflessness, drive, competitiveness, integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset.Compensation StructureBase Salary: $70,000Performance Bonus: $150 per placement made by each junior recruiter1 junior recruiter meeting target (20 placements) = $3,000/year5 recruiters = $15,000/year10 recruiters = $30,000/yearAs junior recruiters graduate to the senior team, youll continue to develop new team members.Candidate ProfilePrior experience in a permanent recruitment agency requiredBilingual in French and English preferredProven success in recruitment, sales, or staffingHands-on leadership experience coaching junior professionalsStrong sales orientation and understanding of commission-driven rolesResilient, competitive, and comfortable in a high-performance settingMust be onsite 5 days a weekWhy Join Us?Strong company culture rooted in integrity and excellenceDirect influence on company growth and team successCareer progression opportunities as the business expandsCompetitive earning potential with structured bonusesLeadership role with impact, visibility, and ownershipBudget and responsibility for team-building events and culture initiatives
