These clientele may be principals of commercial or personal accounts or have prominent business and community affiliations. Additional services would be defined as those above and beyond normal transactional services provided to personal and commercial clients, and may include creating and implementing additional value-added services as appropriate;Participation in growth initiatives on behalf of the Personal Insurance department;Liaise with company underwriters to negotiate best terms for our clients;Increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new business for the company;Ensure that strong, long-term customer relationships are created by providing value added services;Maintain a current knowledge base of insurance products and services with various insurance companies, including regular, non-standard, and high-net-worth markets;Managing Accounts Receivable of existing client base;Working with Personal Insurance team members to provide an exceptional customer service experience;Other duties as assigned.WHAT WE REQUIRE2 years of personal and commercial insurance experience strongly preferred;Experience with EPIC brokerage software preferred;Level 2 General Insurance license required;Completed or working towards C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation;Solid mentorship skills and teaming capability; the ability to lead and motivate, delegate, and rally colleagues;A well-defined sense of diplomacy and business acumen with a focus on customer service and the overall client experience;Skill in analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, teamwork, communication, innovation, and adaptability;Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and internal Broker Management Systems (EPIC).
