Summary:The ideal candidate will be someone who has a proven track record as commercial vehicle truck driver coupled with training/instructional skills to develop new recruits as well as existing drivers. The individual selected for this position will evaluate the driving skills of potential driver candidates. In addition, the Driver Trainer will conduct safety training according to XTL's well-defined training program for drivers. Through follow-up and coaching, the Driver Trainer will be an advocate for the required professional behaviors and expectations set forth by XTL.Responsibilities:1.Log AuditingCommence each day addressingE-Log conflicts, unidentified logs and uncertified logs.Take corrective action with drivers to prevent being in violation of the regulations.
