Youll manage logistics, product specifications, contractor communications, and site execution. You love problem-solving, pay attention to the details, and care deeply about quality and people.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and revise technical drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp) and layout plansPrepare permit documents and detailed spec packagesCoordinate project logistics, material deliveries, and site installationsTrack orders, oversee deficiencies, and support warranty documentationCommunicate with trades, clients, and suppliers to troubleshoot and executeAssist with estimating and budget reviewsOrganize site documentation and track schedules, scopes, and reportsWork closely with the design team to ensure smooth site handoffsProvide field support, including site measurements and inspectionsMaintain technical files and organize project foldersRequirements & Skills5+ years of experience in design-build, residential construction, or renovation projectsProficiency in AutoCAD and construction estimating toolsSkilled with SketchUp/Layout, Buildertrend (or similar software)Strong understanding of project coordination and sequencingComfortable in job site environments and working directly with tradesExcellent time management and communication skillsExperience preparing blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentationPrevious experience in a technical coordinator or project delivery role is preferredJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Saskatoon, SK (in-person)Salary: $60,000$75,000 per yearEducation: AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)Experience: AutoCAD 5 years (required); Project management 2 years (preferred)Language: English (required)License: Valid Drivers License (required)BenefitsFlexible scheduleRRSP matchCompany pensionDisability insuranceStaff discountsCompany events and team culture
