We work with companies across various sectors to help drive their Industry 4.0 journey.Know more about us here of the role:Nanoprecise is looking to add an IIoT Connectivity Solutions Engineer (4G/LTE & WiFi), who will be the handson expert who designs, deploys, and troubleshoots 4G/LTE and WiFi networks for industrial IoT sensor systems. Youll work directly with customersonsite and remotelyto ensure reliable, secure, and highperformance connectivity, and youll partner internally to drive firmware improvements, presales support, and knowledgesharing across Nanoprecises product and services teamsKey Responsibilities:Architect, configure, and commission cellular (4G/LTE) and WiFi networksintegrating sensors into edge, datacenter, and cloud environments.Perform RF site surveys and capacity planning using tools such as AirMagnet, TEMS, spectrum analyzers, iPerf, and Wireshark.Respond to and resolve connectivity outages and performance issues (latency, data loss, throughput) both onsite and through remote support channels.Participate in oncall rotations for urgent escalations and extended troubleshooting.Collaborate with firmware teams to tune radio parameters, power profiles, and IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, Modbus).Validate endtoend data integrity and security, conducting firmware updates and regression tests.Integrate devices with AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT, and ensure secure data pipelines (VPNs, TLS, 802.1X, WPA2/WPA3).Implement best practices for device authentication, encryption, and networksegmentation.Assist with RFP responses, proposal development, and presales demonstrations.Produce clear network diagrams, configuration guides, handoff packages, and rootcause analyses.Capture lessons learned and feed back into product roadmaps and bestpractice playbooks.Serve as the technical interface to CIOs, IT Directors, and maintenance/engineering VPstranslating requirements into robust network solutions.Lead formal training sessions, office hours, and productenablement workshops for account and sales teams.MustHave Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years handson experience troubleshooting and optimizing industrial 4G/LTE and WiFi networks.Proficiency with networkdiagnostic tools and RF survey software (Wireshark, AirMagnet, TEMS, spectrum analyzers, iPerf).Deep understanding of IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, and industrial fieldbus standards.Experience with cloud IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT) and secure communication practices.Willingness to travel up to 30% travel across North AmericaPreferred Qualifications & Certifications:Cisco CCNA/CCNP or CCIE (Wireless or Routing & Switching).Certified Wireless Infrastructure Technician (CWIT).Experience with SIMfleet management, MNO/MNVO partnerships, or LPWAN deployments.Strong embeddedsystems backgroundprogramming in C/C++ for sensor firmware.Great reasons to apply for this role:Exciting and dynamic environment with a great leadership team.
