Were excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Quality Manager.Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Leading and maintaining the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 standardsOverseeing quality control processes for welding and fabrication operationsConducting internal audits and managing external audit coordinationImplementing root cause analysis and corrective action plansDriving Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across production linesManaging quality documentation, NCRs, and supplier quality performanceCollaborating cross-functionally with production, engineering, and customer service teamsMentoring and training team members on quality standards and proceduresMandatory Requirements:5+ years of experience in a Quality Management role within a welding/fabrication or manufacturing environmentIn-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and implementationSix Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)Strong leadership and team coordination skillsProven experience in audit management and quality system oversightPreferred Requirements:Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical fieldCWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) knowledge or certificationExperience with lean manufacturing principlesFamiliarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality software toolsLocation: Hamilton, OntarioSalary Range: $120,000 - $130,000If you are interested in learning more about the Quality Manager job opportunity, please submit your updated resume to are recruitment industry leaders committed to quality service, integrity, respect and equal opportunity.
