Plant Manager /Fabrication Shop ForemanCustom Machinery Manufacturing Metal Fabrication Location: Guelph- Milton Mississauga area ONBase Salary: 135K 150K base benefits5 days a week on SiteDay shiftMonday -FridayMinimum Experience Required (MUST have):Supervisory / leadership experince in custom metal fabrication under Canadian Health & Safety Requirements MUST be close to 10 yearsOur client is a leading manufacturer of custom equipment manufacturing for mining and similar applications and have a job open for Plant Manager /Fabrication Shop Foreman for custom machinery manufacturing to oversee Production, Material & production Planning , Purchasing and vendor Management, Shipping and work closely with Sales and in house Engineering. This is an expansion role in the West Mississauga-Milton-Guelph area . Hands on Fabrication / machining/ welder experience with 10+ years in running fabrication shops under Canadian H&S requirements is a MUST have.Plant Manager /Fabrication Shop Foreman is fully responsible for giving leadership to the plant shop floor -CNC Lathe, Cutting , bending welding within this custom fabrication plant and be responsible for Production Planning, Production scheduling , Material Planning and supervising processes in CNC, Lathe, Cutting, Bending, Welding and similar. You will be responsible for scheduling, safety, performance management, coaching and mentoring. You will oversee the shift budget ensure production planning, material planning, production scheduling, shipping receiving.
