Responsibilities:Lead and manage exposure assessments for chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards through collection, measurement, and analysis of workplace samplesDevelop and implement control strategies to mitigate exposure risks and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standardsDeliver training programs on hazard prevention, personal protective equipment (PPE), and overall HSE best practices to empower and protect employeesDocument, analyze, and report on workplace conditions and hygiene trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadershipMaintain accurate records of exposure monitoring and collaborate with external agencies, regulators, and industry partners to benchmark and improve practicesProvide mentorship to the HSE team and operational staff, promoting a proactive culture of safety and continuous improvement in industrial hygiene practicesQualifications:Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Masters in Industrial or Occupational Hygiene preferred)25 years of professional experience in industrial hygiene or environmental health and safety rolesWorking knowledge of exposure assessment tools, sampling equipment, and relevant IH protocols and standardsStrong understanding of OSHA, ACGIH, and DOLAE regulations and guidelines related to workplace health and safetyCertification or working toward CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) or ROH (Registered Occupational Hygienist) credentialsExceptional communication and reporting skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendationsPay Rate: $88-95k/year Please note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
