Reporting to the leadership team, you'll be the driving force behind our day-to-day marketing efforts. From managing social media content to creating on-brand visuals and coordinating marketing campaigns across Fortis Group and affiliated companies, you'll bring consistency, creativity, and energy to every touchpoint.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management: Own and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Plan, create, schedule, and post engaging content tailored to each audience.Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design graphics for digital and print materials, including social posts, brochures, signage, proposals, and presentationskeeping each brand's identity consistent and polished.Marketing Coordination: Assist in executing marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotional materials, community involvement, trade shows, and recruitment marketing.Manage and collaborate with third-party service providers as required for marketing initiatives, collateral and special projects.Brand Oversight: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all companies to ensure a cohesive and professional presence.Photography & Videography Support (Bonus): Capture site photos or coordinate with vendors for ongoing content needs.Qualifications: Business degree in Marketing or related field3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media (construction or design industry is a plus)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva, MailChimp - knowledge of Figma and related tools bonusProficiency in popular social media platformsExperience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail for creative content, proposals and prequalifications Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skillsPhotography/video/drone editing skills are a plusWhy Fortis?
