You will play a critical role in cost planning and value engineering while working closely with internal and external project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesReview drawings and specs to develop accurate cost estimates and take-offsCollaborate with design teams, trades, and partners to gather project dataAnalyze bids, negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliersMaintain cost databases and prepare reports for senior leadershipIdentify cost-saving opportunities and monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycleQualifications & Skills7+ years of construction estimating experience (multi-family/mixed-use)Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similarDeep knowledge of the Vancouver construction marketProficient with estimating software (e.g., OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam)Strong organizational and communication skillsSalary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
