Its more fun that way.Role Overview*PLEASE NOTE* This is not an HR position it is in the Film/TV Production industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented in-house Talent/Production Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth administration, providing on-set support during shoot days, and managing accounts and wrap-up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to top-tier productions.Key Responsibilities:1- Talent AdministrationBuild and maintain strong relationships with agents, casting directors, Advertising agencies and industry professionals.Consistently maintain multiple job lists, calendars and other shared resources.Database managementManage wrap admin and general bookkeeping of all accounts.2- On-Set SupportRepresent Circle Productions professionally at all shoots.Qualifications and SkillsTech-savvy and proficient with Mac environments, Microsoft Office, Excel, Dropbox, and Filemaker (or other CRM platforms).Strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and confidence working on multiple projects simultaneously.Prior experience in coordination, Film/TV production, or a related field a strong asset.Knowledge of film/tv industry contracts, regulations, and payroll processes is a plus.Benefits and PerksCompetitive salaryGenerous healthcare packageCasual dressConvenient Mount Pleasant locationSalary Range: $70K - $78K per year, depending on experience.If you're passionate about organization, you love working with people, and youre eager to make connections in the commercial production industry, wed love to talk to you.
