The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of building construction projects, from handover from the design team to completion. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time and within budget, and will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills.If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for building construction and a proven track record of successful project management, we invite you to apply. Join our team and be a key player in our continued success.What you will do:Develop and implement construction plans, outlining the scope and resource requirements needed to achieve the project budget and schedule.Collaborate with designers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information.In collaboration with the dedicated Site Superintendent and Safety teams, ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Analyze monthly financial, contracts and design information to reliably forecast project progress against budget and schedule.
