You will:Lead financial processes regarding statements, accounting, reporting, cash flow, etc.Manage financial reporting for the business including sales, gross margin, operational expense, and profitability.Lead preparation and coordination of reports and ensure accuracy of the data and findingsOversee compliance with sales and corporate income taxes in collaboration with the Tax departmentDevelop and implement risk control strategies and initiatives to mitigate risksReview, maintain, and improve internal controls in alignment with regulations and best practicesMonitor financial risks including supply chain disruptions and market fluctuationsEnsure accuracy of cost analyses, financial planning, and quarterly balance sheetsDevelop and execute strategies to enhance business performance with market trends in mindManage the hiring and training of financial department employees in alignment with business goalsCreate and drive financial projects including process improvements and upgradesProvide insight into financials, business initiatives, and opportunities to enhance growthConduct contract reviews and negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and optimal agreementsOther tasks as required to ensure efficient and effective financial operationsWhat you bring to the jobThe ideal candidate is experienced and knowledgeable in managing business finances. They are well-accustomed to team leadership and strategy development and execution, with an innovative and solutions-focused approach.
