Title: Payroll AdministratorLocation: Waterloo Region, ONJob Type: TemporarySalary: $23.00- $25.00/hourlyWork hours: In person 8:30 am - 5 pm (flexible) Our client in Waterloo Region, ON is actively looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities:Enter timesheet manuallyKnow foundations with employment legislation and payrollAdmin and reviewing payroll (weekly and biweekly)Ensure timesheet is manually entered accurately for each employee approved by managerInputting new hires into the system, pay policy, union policy on DayforceExperience with entitlement policy, monthly worker compensation, union remittancesManager service tickets Help employees with payroll QuestionsProcess terminations in the systemWithing with Dayforce for ROEs, admin tickets for work and, managing the ticketsBasic set up requests for open positionsRecruitingCalculating and submitting workers comp premium reportsWill be the only person working in PayrollQualificationsPost secondar education in business administration, finance or HRDayforce experience is requiredCHRP is an asset3 + years experienceHRIS Systems If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
