We're Hiring: Guest Care LeadLocation: Saint John | Full-Time Join Us in Supporting Women's Recovery and WellnessAt Sophia Recovery Centre, we walk alongside women on their journey to healing and wellness. As our Guest Care Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and coordinating care pathways that are person-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion.This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to directly support women in the Saint John and Sussex region while mentoring and supervising care teams and peer support programming across multiple sites.What Youll DoAs the Guest Care Lead (GCL), you will:Provide leadership for individualized care coordination at our Saint John and Sussex sites.Supervise and support a remote Guest Care Coordinator in Charlotte County.Oversee the Side by Side peer support program across all SRC locations.Lead care planning, guest intake, check-ins, and personalized referrals.Champion quality of care by collaborating with program leads and senior leadership.Collect and analyze guest data to inform continuous improvement.Support frontline staff through mentorship, debriefing, and reflective practice.What You BringWere looking for someone who is passionate about supporting womens recovery journeys and has:A degree or diploma in social work, healthcare, education, or a related field.2+ years of experience in case management.Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a nonprofit or community care setting.Certification in Motivational Interviewing (or willingness to obtain).Drivers license and ability to occasionally travel to Sophia centres in Quispamsis, Sussex and St Stephen.Key Strengths & ValuesTrauma-Informed Leadership: You create psychologically safe spaces, lead with empathy, and promote healthy boundaries.Addiction & Recovery Knowledge: You understand gender-specific and trauma-informed approaches to addiction and wellness.Strong Communication: You support both guests and staff with clarity, compassion, and cultural humility.Organizational Excellence: You balance documentation, scheduling, and impact measurement with care and precision.Commitment to Ethical Practice: You champion autonomy, consent, and confidentiality in all guest interactions.Why Work With Us?Competitive Salary and Group Health Benefit PlanWellness & Vacation Days: Paid time to rest and rechargeProfessional Development: Budget and time off for training or courseworkMeaningful Impact: Be part of a team that transforms lives through holistic, gender-responsive recovery careHow to ApplyIf you're ready to lead with heart and purpose, wed love to hear from you.
