If youre fluent in English and French , highly organized, and experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 , this opportunity is for you. As the primary point of contact between our customers and internal teams, youll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, prompt delivery, and top-tier customer communication. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Review, process, and enter customer orders accurately. Monitor product availability and coordinate with production. Communicate delays or issues with professionalism and offer alternatives. Customer Interaction: Be the go-to person for in-person and phone customer inquiries. Provide clear updates on order status, delivery timelines, and product info. Resolve concerns and build strong customer relationships. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with shipping, logistics, sales, and production teams. Work cross-functionally to improve service and meet customer needs. System Use: Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for order tracking and CRM tasks. Maintain up-to-date customer records and interaction logs. Professionalism: Represent the company with professionalism at all times. Follow company policies on behavior, language, and tech use. Requirements: High school diploma required; college degree is a plus Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) 1+ year of customer service experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Dynamics 365 Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Punctuality and reliable attendance are a must Additional Notes: A high standard of professionalism is expected at all times, especially during senior leadership visits.
