The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative, executive, sales, and research support to a small team.Duties & Responsibilities:Answer phone calls and emails.Manage office equipment and office/kitchen supplies.Pay bills, create invoices.Record keeping and data entryReconcile credit cards, track expenses and record travel expenses/reimbursements.Schedule appointments, arrange travel and other reservations.Provide research and coordinate events.Communicate with clients.Create presentations and reports.Attendance tracking and meeting management.Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined experience and education.Experience providing administrative/executive support to a teamProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PP).Strong travel coordination and schedule management experienceExcellent communication skills
